Why we started TS Matters
Non-profit organizations carry some of the most important work in our communities. They show up for people when systems fail, when resources are scarce, and when the need is greatest. And yet, too many of them are trying to do that work without the internal infrastructure to sustain it.
We started Talent Strategy Matters because we saw a gap — organizations with deep mission clarity but fragile people systems, exhausted leaders, and operational structures that couldn't keep pace with their ambitions.
TS Matters exists to close that gap. We bring the strategic thinking, practical tools, and hands-on partnership that help non-profits stabilize, strengthen, and grow — so they can keep doing the work that matters most.
